Paul Lee & Company can provide a full range of letting and management services. We are ARLA Propertymark Agents (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and as such are obliged to abide by a stringent code of conduct and are required to offer you the very best service. ARLA is an organisation which regulates companies offering a residential letting service and is recognised by government, local authorities, consumer interest groups and the media as the leading professional body in the private rental market.

As ARLA Propertymark agents, we are obliged to hold a professional indemnity insurance, and have Client Money Protection bonding (CMP), all clients money is held in a separate client's account which is fully audited each year under the ARLA Propertymark regulations.

Regulated Memberships

We are members of The Dispute Service (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Lettings.
